My fascination with computer technology started at an early age through my love of video games and animated movies. As a member of my family has needed caregiving in recent years, I realized that I wanted to make technology more user-friendly for everyone, not just the majority. So I decided to pursue a career in the User Experience field. I received a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction in 2013, from the University of Washington. I received my Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design in August of 2014, also from the University of Washington. As a user experience designer, I specialize in UI design, wireframes, and information architecture. I am passionate about discovering what makes a person tick, what they need, and how those needs can be met in an elegant, enjoyable way.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, playing video games, and watching movies.
