About This Project

My team was tasked with redesigning the research section of the Carmax website as a class project. I developed a car personality test that generates suggestions for novice car buyers. Over the course of the project, I:

  • conducted research through questionnaires
  • created user flows and site maps
  • created design features informed by personas
  • created medium-fidelity wireframes

The result was a concept for a fun, less stressful car researching experience.

My Contribution 

I was responsible for creating a survey to see how people currently shop for used cars, and then incorporating that feedback into the creation of the car personality test screens. I also created a user-flow diagram for the personality test.
